Hell I've had to quit my app so many times cos of this bug. Until all hosts learn to wait at least 5-10 seconds after seeing everyone joined or rockstar fix it this will continue. If they are most of the way down they get a bugged heist board they cannot ready up on. If the host hits play while they are in the clouds they get infinite launching screen. Then they come down from clouds and spawn into the arcade and see the lobby gathering screen. To the host it shows them green and joined in the lobby screen but on their screen they are still teleporting across the map in the clouds to the server farm (the arcade interior is under the map there). I tested with 2nd console and there is around a 5 second delay on this heist when a player joins. One of the players either had a bugged board where they can't see the cuts/ready up or they didn't see the board at all and were stuck in launching session screen. Those hosts aren't letting people load in properly. I've noticed weird bug when i hosting then going with random players after payout cuts some other players stucks at loading screen when exiting arcade,it happens 10-12x times.
